  • Structural Inspection Services for Concrete Repairs on Memorial University Exterior Columns – Memorial University

    Tiller completed Inspections of the Earth Science/Engineering building on the Memorial University campus to verify the construction progress of the parking garage and column repair. Tiller’s inspections helped clients ensure the concrete construction was completed safely.

  • Cape Vine VHF Tower Guy Wire Tests – Department of Fisheries and Oceans

    In 2020, Tiller was tasked to complete. Non-destructive magnetic flux testing on all guy wires on the VHF tower at Robin Hood Bay with engineering reports. Tiller used robotic guy wire testing equipment to analyze guy wires and helped provide results of a full tower analysis to determine the existing guy utilization and reserve. 

  • Engineering Lift Plans for Exhaust Stack at Voisey’s Bay – Rothlochston

    In 2021, Tiller provided engineering services for engineered lift plans for exhaust stacks that were to be situated at Voisey’s Bay, Labrador. Tiller worked closely with numerous stakeholders to ensure a timely and safe lift at the site.

  • White Hills Ski Lift Tower Inspections – White Hills Ski Resort

    In 2021, Tiller was tasked with inspection services for nine White Hills Ski Resort ski lift towers. Workload included inspection of the visible sections of the concrete foundations, anchors, and steel tower superstructures. Tiller checked the tower conditions, wall thickness using Ultra Sonic Meters, tower verticality, and concrete strength and condition using NDT testing equipment. … Continued
