James joined Tiller Engineering in April of 2024, immediately following his graduation with a degree in Civil Engineering from Memorial University. Throughout his academic journey, James has tailored his degree to a more structural focus taking various structural analysis, finite element analysis and failure mechanics courses. Prior to joining Tiller Engineering, James gained valuable experience in Finite Element Analysis within the Oil and Gas industry, particularly in the Gulf of Mexico region. In his role of Junior Structural Engineer, James is responsible for structural design and analysis, as well as project and client interfacing across all sectors within Tiller’s portfolio. James brings a hardworking, task-oriented attitude to the team and is eager to learn from the highly experienced team. James also brings a progressive attitude, focused on driving innovation and growth within in the company.
