Throughout 2023 and 2024, Tiller was responsible for a multiphase structural and building envelope condition inspection of the interior and exterior of the Cavendish Condo Building in downtown St. Johns. Use of visual and technical tools such as aerial drone, thermal, thickness measurements, etc. were utilized and a detailed report for maintenance plans were submitted. Throughout the maintenance and repair duration, Tiller was involved in the engineering design for some of these efforts.
