Tiller Engineering was contacted to inspect the locations below to investigate the physical condition and structural conformance of three access road bridges concerning CSA-S6-06 (Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code) and other related industry standards.  

The scope of this assignment was divided into two (2) phases. The first phase of the scope of work was to provide a site condition structural inspection of the three (3) access bridges. The sites visited include Howley Bridge, Penstock Bridge and Spillway Bridge. The second phase of the scope of work was to provide a structural analysis and loading recommendation for each bridge being evaluated.

Tiller inspected the overall structural condition and stability of the bridges. This inspection included foundations, anchorage, condition of structural members and structural connections, signs of distress and excessive deflection of structural members and structural connections, bridge decking and overall site condition.
