Tiller Engineering Inc. provided structural engineering services including design and tendering for the construction of a new $17M city hall building in Corner Brook. The building houses city offices, library and included a unique “Green Roof” feature that has rarely been used in Newfoundland. The structure consisted of steel, reinforcing concrete, masonry and glulam timber and was attached to the existing museum in the middle of the city.
