Tiller Engineering Inc. was tasked with structural inspections for the Marginal wharves 6 through 11 at the St. John’s Harbour, for the St. John’s Port Authority. The inspections included a combination of both above water within arm’s reach investigations, and also underwater assessments with a dive team. In-depth reports were given for each wharf structure with recommended remediations plans, photos, cost estimates, etc.
