In 2024 Tiller was responsible for a condition inspection of the building envelope, structural portions, mechanical and electrical, etc., of the Oceanex Terminal 1 Building in downtown St. John’s. Use of aerial drone, camera detection, etc., was utilized. A detailed report was created detailing any problems our engineers may have detected.
