Tiller Engineering was engaged by the St. John’s Port Authority to inspect the general condition of the visible sections of the building. A high-level visual inspection of the structural elements, mechanical and electrical building systems was performed. All assessments are based on the National Building Code of Canada, 2015. Reports were created to demonstrate recommendations based on structural findings.
